This is my 2 page fishing magazine spread. My brother caught 22 Crappie last this year and took a picture of it. I've been wanting to do something with it all semester and I got the perfect assignment to utilize the picture. I decided to use just the fish and Clear Water Fishing is a perfect fit since it could be fishing for crappie. I cut the fish out of photoshop and made a mask and had to put a dark green filler around it so it would have a halo effect. I got the photo of the river from the Missouri conservation department...I searched different rivers in Missouri and this is the 11 point river. I wanted the text to be on top of the photo but it was difficult to read in a few different colors. So I added the large green band and made it transparent so you could still see the photo behind it but could read the text easier. I used colors from the photo in the title. I enjoyed this assignment.
